TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In compliance with the provisions of the Information Society and E-Commerce Services Act (Act 34/2002, of 11 July 2002) and other applicable legislation, MARZANA S.L. informs you that:
- Purpose and identification
These General Contracting Conditions govern purchase of the “Perro Chico Gift Card”
The supplier of the products or services contracted by the user is MARZANA S.L. with legal domicile at Calle Marzana 16, bajo, 48003 Bilbao, registered in the Companies Register of Vizcaya in Volume 5528, Folio 17, Sheet BI-65882, Entry 1 (VAT number ES-B95798708).
This contract is made in Spanish.
- Contracting procedure
In order to acquire the “Perro Chico Gift Card”, you must fill out the form located on this website and state the number of diners and the menu option chosen. After completing and submitting the personal data, the purchaser will receive an e-mail giving information on the amount to be paid and a Paypal account to which the payment should be made. On making payment, Paypal will provide the user with a receipt which will serve as proof of payment. In a period of no more than 3 days from the date of purchase, the buyer will receive an e-mail containing the gift card and instructions for exchanging it for a reservation.
Acceptance of these general contracting conditions shall be deemed to imply acceptance of the terms of the contract, thus generating the corresponding payment obligation on users.
- Term and duration
The Perro Chico Gift Card is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. After this period of validity, the vouchers shall be null and void and the buyer many not claim any amount or service in compensation.
Exchange of the card for the contracted services is subject to availability in the restaurant on the requested date.
- Information and Queries
For any information or change in the details of your “Perro Chico Gift Card” or if you wish to notify us of any incidents or make a complaint, please phone us at 946402665 or write to email@example.com.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract in a period of 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification. The period for withdrawal shall expire 14 calendar days from the date of execution of the contract. To exercise your right to withdrawal, you must notify RESTAURANTE EL PERRO CHICO at Calle Aretxaga 2, 48003 Bilbao, email firstname.lastname@example.org, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration.
To fulfil the legal period for cancellation, you need only send notice of your intention to exercise this right before the 14-day period expires.
If you choose to withdraw from the contract, we shall refund all payments received from you (except for any additional expenses arising from your choice of a delivery system other than those offered by us) without undue delay and, under no circumstances in more than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We shall make said refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly directed otherwise; in no cases will you incur any expense as a result of the refund.
